For tourists who are visiting the area for the first time, Hamilton is the only city in the Niagara Peninsula that traverses the Niagara Escarpment. There are houses “up the mountain” and houses “down the mountain”, as well as some amazing estates nestled along winding roads buried in the foothills.
The City of Hamilton is made up of Ancaster, Dundas, Flamborough, Glanbrook, Hamilton, and Stoney Creek. Hamilton has some really expressive graffiti throughout its downtown that’s beautifully striking.
